Restaurant's description: At Bouchot, our specialties are our blue mussel dishes, which is a type of mussels that is more readily available in Europe than in Thailand. Considered a native delicacy, our aim is to import this exotic type of mussels and deliver them to our customers in a fashion yet to be seen in Bangkok. Here, we serve them in 1 kg or half kg portion, steamed and tossed in an assortment of sauces such as homemade tomato sauce, white wine, spicy bacon and tarragon & crème fraîche. When it comes to our mussels however, there is a strict no knife & fork policy – please be sure to use your hands and ‘Just Dig In’! |
